This Privacy Policy explains how Zen in Tech LLC ("we," "us," "our"), developer of the EB-5 Guide platform (the "Platform"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website and app. EB-5 Guide is an independent educational application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. government, USCIS, or any federal agency. By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy.
• Information you provide: name, email, phone number, country, message content, and other details you submit (e.g., inquiry forms)
• Verification data: phone number and confirmation status for one-time SMS verification
• Usage data: IP address, device and browser data, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostic logs
• Cookies and similar technologies: to operate the site, remember preferences, perform analytics, and support limited advertising or sponsorship functions
We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
